LIVE BRIEF · DELIVERED
Subject

A live client brief from DEFRA (the UK Department for Environment, Food & Rural Affairs): help Gen Z in Bristol cut textile waste. A University of Bristol team project. Role: Teamworker & Implementer.

What the Team Did
> Full Double Diamond research cycle > Secondary research — PESTLE, market + behavioural data > Primary field research — thrift-store visits, shadowing, observation, a semi-structured stakeholder interview, a user questionnaire > Reframed the brief: "waste" → "participation" > Service concept "Re-Fashion Bus", tested with a web-app and Figma prototype
Her Part

She owned the secondary research and built the early framing tools the team steered by — stakeholder map, scoping canvas, and power–interest map — plus the field-visit summary and the questionnaire design.

What It Proves

The client-facing research-to-concept workflow, run end to end against a real government brief.
